Pecker's Dueling Piano Bar

Peckers Dueling Piano BarDueling pianos started in New Orleans in the 1930's when two piano players cranked out requested hits of the day. It stayed largely mellow until the 1950's when a group of players in Dallas, TX, busted into the Jerry Lee Lewis hit, "Great Balls of Fire." This ignited the crowd and simultaneously launched a new entertainment genre now found in many major cities and resorts.

At Peckers, audiences are encouraged to clap and sing along until late in the evening. Singles, couples and groups also celebrate special occasions or just cut loose after a day of hard work or playing on the lake. For those special occasion, the piano players have humorous tribute songs to commemorate the occasion.

Pecker's live entertainment is just one of the great features of Peckers Dueling Piano Bar. There's also the mouth-watering menu items prepared by our Executive Chef Laurie Haney.
