NO EXCEPTIONS
The deadline for us to receive your final payment is September 20, 2008. If we have not received your final payment by September 20th, we will resell your space and you will lose your deposit. You may pay in full at the time you send in your application, which would be greatly appreciated. We accept most major credit cards. Remember to make a copy for yourself and mail the original copy to 3287 Bagnell Dam Blvd. Lake Ozark, MO 65049. You will be notified of your acceptance.
REFUNDS
We will not be offering refunds due to bad weather or under any other circumstance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items will not be displayed, sold, or dispersed: Firearms (knives are ok), pornography of any kind, controlled substances of any kind, drug related paraphernalia, fireworks, or offensive or profane items. Prostitution and gambling are strictly prohibited. The Horny Toad, Inc. has the option of removing the vendor from the lot without the refund of any vendor fee payment. The Horny Toad, Inc. and OSS has exclusive rights to all event novelties (i.e. t-shirts, event pins, etc.). It is understood that OSS Powerboat Racing Associates and The Horny Toad OSS National Championship are trademarks and may not be used in any manner without prior written permission. Merchandise designed to be passed off as event merchandise (use of city, date, event name, trademarks, etc.) or which has this effect will not be permitted.
**The Horny Toad Inc. reserves the right to refuse (prior to) OR remove during the event any vendor whose products are not compatible with the family oriented nature of OSS Powerboat National Championship Boat Races. Please ask about any questionable items in advance.
SALES TAX
Vendor shall comply with all Missouri state laws and local ordinances regarding the sale of specialty items. The undersigned agrees and understands that they are responsible for the distribution of all applicable state and/or local sales tax to proper agencies. It is the vendors responsibility to fill out and submit Form 2360 about Missouri Sales Tax.
VENDOR PARKING
Vendor spaces may not be split, shared, resold or subleased. The use of generators is permitted, after approval from an authorized Horny Toad Inc. employee. All vendors with rigs and/or trailers to be displayed must arrive at the assigned time in order to be placed in the vendor village. Vendor will be notified of assigned placement times. If vendor does not arrive on time at the specified location, placement cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given.
